K-1 Which documents to send first

Hi everyone,

I've read the K-1 checklist and instructions of which documents to send, but I was surprised and wanted to make sure that we don't have to send a copy of the beneficiary's passport and/or birth certificate.  Just a passport photo and statement of intent to marry from him?

Thanks for any clarification. :)

I didn't send my fiancé passport or birth certificate either with my 1-129f (although it does ask detailed information about your beneficiary). I believe you only need the passport and birth certificate after it gets passed the NVC stage and on to the consulate.

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!
