What you posted all looks good to me. (you did use household size of 5 right?) Even though he cant claim the kids as dependents for tax purposes USCIS still counts them as dependents for 864 purposes. And since the wife is still legally the wife she counts as well. You couldve included a statement about the pending divorce to show while she is counted now- in the future she wont be. But it doesnt matter much if you didnt mention it...

 

As for the EAD I believe right now they are sadly taking up to the full 90 days. On VJ there are 'monthly progress threads'. You should join it (or follow it atleast) Its helpful t track your case progress along side of others who filed at the same time. Youll see when the EADs start rolling out for filers in your month. Because you had an RFE your case is/was held until its processed, so keep that in mind and perhaps watch the monthly threads before and after your month.
