Mark, the video camera recording a speech is not the "media". It doesn't take commentary to watch Trump's movements when he starts talking about the man, and realizing he is exaggerating the man's body language based on the man's deficit. The guy cannot extend his right wrist or his right elbow due to contractions, so that hard is up against his chest and quite stiff. Trump, in his flailing, kept bringing his right hand to his chest with his right wrist flexed. He did it several times in a row.

 

Does the man "flail about" like Trump did? No, but mocking someone never actually involves a detailed and accurate representation of what the person is like. It involves taking something that is different about the person and highlighting/exaggerating it for a perverse comical effect that appeals to a certain group of people ("Alphas").

 

I also ask, if Trump's hand movements were not meant to exaggerating the man's deficit, then what were they? Were they stereotyped jerking movements that our future President is exhibiting? That would suggest Trump has a neurologic condition and his health isn't as great as he claims it to be.

He has done that movements numerous times when talking about other people, just because some dude happen to have a handicap or body movement issue doesn't mean Trump was making fun of him.  I doubt Trump even knew the dude has an movement issue, or had even seen him in person.

 

Now if you wanted to discuss about if it was right or wrong about Trump calling Elizabeth Warren  "Pocahontas" since she claims her heritage was native American (Which I highly doubt).  Then I am on board with that.

Oddly, well not really, Trump said Mrs. Streep was his favorite actress and a great person, in 2015. Funny how often he praises people, Hillary Clinton included, until they criticize or become competitor's, then Donald Trump shows off his ultra-hypersensitive snowflake side and childishly assaults them in words and on Twitter.

Kind of like when Trump wasn't a racist until the Liberal Press and Hillary pulled it out of their ol Bag of Tricks. Luckily the American people  did not fall for that tired worn out trick.

I thought that it was only cricket to use fully accurate memes? Donald Trump was accused of racism well before running for President due to his efforts to keep his very valuable properties Whites Only, and we distinctly heard a lot of excuses about that simply being the policy for many Caucasian landlords at the time?

 

If the past is any indication Donald Trump was racist, flip flopped and wasn't once racism fell out of fashion, and while I think he's racist now, even if not, he will be racist in the future. Seems to be his MO.

Only 46% of eligible voters voted for him, and he would have lost, had it not been for the electoral college. Oh, and don't tell me that if it weren't for California, his vote percentage would have been greater, because, if it weren't for Texas, Hillary's percentage would also have been greater.

I think we both agree he never mocked the reporters disability. IMO…the vast majority of reporters deserve to be mocked…this guy is no exception.
