Does it fit if you fill it in with a regular ink pen? My middles names didn't fit so I just typed everything I could on the computer and filled in the rest with a pen.

If it won't fit, just put "see attached" and add it as a supplemental document. Be sure to sign and date the attachment.

is it acceptable to type on PDF with a computer? Looks like the font might be a little different, but definitely much cleaner and neater than hand writing.

Yes, you can write-in anything and/or fill in the form via the computer. I'm not sure what is meant by "type of PDF", though?

If you use the fillable form and fill-out, it does not fit because the font is too big. But you can edit the PDF in PDF editor, with a smaller or different font. that's what I meant

I'm not sure if that is allowed or not. While it's minor and they may not care, you are technically editing the form itself. I know there are certain legal requirements involving font sizes and such.
