So you received an interview notice without your date having become current?

Ok, I just saw your timeline. So you filed for AOS October 2015 but your PD is Dec 2014, so it has become current. (correct?)

Yes, that's correct. I don't know which date they use for separated I130 and I485. On the interview notice has Oct. 2015 as the priority date but my I130 was approved in December, 2014. So confusing... Did you get your interview letter? What's your PD?

I also filed I-130 and I-485 separately (spouse of permanent resident). The priority date is the date that the I-130 was properly filed. My PD is April 7th 2015, which became current in this last bulletin that was out a couple of weeks ago, but no notice yet, nor has the online status of the case been updated. :-(

Did you file I-765 and if so, was it ever approved?

Yes, I filed I-765 and I-131 together with the AOS package, so I have the combo (EAD-advance parole) card since April 2016. I have already applied for renewal to be safe in case I don't have any news about the greencard before it expires (April 2017).

When does your h1b expire? The interview comes later, but my I-765 was approved (and the card was issued) about 45 days after the biometrics appointment (it would be faster but I had an RFE). So based on the dates on your signature, if everything's ok you should have an EAD soon.

@seme it expires on October 2017.. I haven't received yet my EAD/AP since I filed in October 2016.  the wait is stressing me. You should have your interview this month then.. All the best!

Hey guys!

I am in a similar situation to all of you. PD Aug 2016, my husband is on an F-1 visa and we have the I-130 approved. Has any of you claimed your spouses as dependent on your tax returns? How does that work? He doesn't have a SSN so that makes it a little difficult. Does anybody know?  Thanks!
