ask your wife to be in the interview, bring the account she used overdraft, it is the evidence she's your real wife, fights and troubles in the marriage it's a common thing. If she is with you and your marriage confirmed, you will get your green card.

How do you know she married 2 men already? Are you sure? If she really did, looks like she is selling the green card to many, maybe immigration knows about her and that's why all the delay with your green card

I am sorry but you have bigger problems than a bad joint bank account with overdrafts and I am no longer able to advise you.
You need an immigration attorney.
If she is remarried and not divorced she is a bigamist and committed a crime and if divorced you won't get a green card.

Either way it is not a viable marriage upon which to build a case for a green card.

Maybe she didn't marry others, maybe she or somebody just said it? Before to go to the immigration attorney or interview, the Topic Starter needs to know where is his marriage stands now and what to tell any attorney. I think he needs to ask his wife first and to see if they are still married

you need to focus on your immigration status and maybe to fix your marriage and you are collecting some evidence on her. How can you be sure she married 2 men already and in other countries??? Apparently she is still married to you

And that is exactly what I told you earlier that the evidence of cheating is not considered physical abuse nor emotional abuse

according to immigration policies. Hope you asked the lawyer like I told you if she has done anything to you that is considered

emotional abuse.

 

You misunderstood him about you can't divorce her and she can't divorce you without your knowledge.
Of course she can and you need to check at your local court house for any filings or ask the lawyer to do that for you
to find out if she divorced you.
If she did not divorce you and married 1 or 2 other guys as you said you have evidence of, then yes she is a bigamist
and face to jail if found out as I said before.

That leaves my assessment that your green card will not be issued to you without your wife present at the interview,
she must be present at the interview and both of you must answer all questions truthfully about a bona fide marriage.
Your marriage is no longer bona fide, she has left you for at least 2 other foreign men so she must have moved on
a long time ago.

She has traveled to Ghana and Nigeria and send money to some guy in Nigeria so that all can be already known to USCIS

during a pending status investigation.
 

I am sure your lawyer told you that you wouldn't be approved without your wife there.

Absolutely yes. A second interview usually comes when they suspect something or found something and want to drill you both with specific
questions separate and not at the same time, this is called a stokes interview.

Your story is quite confusing, so it's no surprise that USCIS want to interview you again. For example - why did your wife call you to tell you she was going back to church. Isn't that something you'd discuss at home in person?

 

Your interview is scheduled for two hours, therefore one can imagine it will be quite in-depth; what they call a "stokes" interview. You will likely be separated and asked many personal questions about your lives, and have the answers compared.

 

Right now, you need to sit down with your wife and discuss what the future holds. If either of you want to divorce (and it sounds like your marriage is not the strongest right now), then you will have no basis to stay in the US, and will likely have to return home. 

 

By reading your brief description, I think this is really the only option right now.
