Some attorneys give a free consultation and then you can decide if you want to retain them or do it yourself.
In your situation I would retain an attorney. Don't get the cheapest one, get the best one.
Some things you can do yourself, like find out your status / GC issue.
You seem to need guidance to file ROC (if you will or were approved for a GC) with a divorce waiver so let the attorney

advise you and you need guidance in your divorce.
Some attorneys want a retainer fee ahead of their work and others take monthly payments.
The are some pro bono attorneys and you have to check in your area (pro bono = no or low cost).
Remember low cost is not always the best.

Take it one step at a time but be pro active and start with something, then take the next step.
It may all seem overwhelming at first but if you do some research you will understand the laws here, never assume anything.

I came to US with K1 visa in 2013 and applied for my green card in 2014 and my interview was November 2015, my interview was completed and i never hear any from USCIS till date , Now i got cheated by my wife (married to another two different man without my knowledge ) , please what can i do now? what is the law said about divorce on this case like these? what is my options

how was the interview? It's possible your green card was issued and mailed to your address and it's possible your wife got it and didn't tell you. First of all get your receipt number, Alien number or whatever information you have about yout K1 visa and green card application and check online, ask for infopass in the local USCIS (the place where you got the interview), maybe you are lucky, if the green card is issued and lost, you pay and get the duplicate, based on the dates on the green card you probably have time to get a divorce and remove the condition by yourself. Forget about the cheater, do what needs to be done and ASAP.

We told you already what to do next step by step.  What exactly is still unclear ?

 

1. Find out the status of your GC make a service request or info pass.

2. Come back and post where your GC is and what the status is. We can't help without that information.

3. Go to a divorce lawyer and ask him how to find out if you are already divorced or not.

 

When you have those answers come back and we advise the next step.
Too many steps all at once seem to confuse you.

That means your EAD and AP card was delivered as you know already correct ? It also means that your AOS is pending review. However you need to make a new service request and keep on top of it, so did you ever make a service request before ? It is not normal to be pending this long so make a service request today, now as I said before and don't just go by an old online notification.

You received this yesterday ? That was fast, usually it takes 30 days for them to respond a service request unless you didn't make one yet

and this just came by itself.

 

This is not good news at all. You are required to bring your wife with you to the interview and without her you will not be approved.

You can not adjust status without her unless you have substantial proof of physical abuse. Her cheating and running up your

credit does not count.
Emotional abuse can be figured in but you must have a lawyer to guide you and ask you all the relevant questions if this can be used

and as always you evidence to back up what you would claim.

You said your wife ran off and married someone else and she no longer lives with you so your marriage is over

and yet you do not know if she even divorced you. This is a huge mess and you need an immigration lawyer to sort this out

as soon as possible. As it stands it is impossible to adjust without her, the marriage is over. The only person you can adjust with

would be her, no one else.
You will be denied and put into removal proceedings unless an immigration lawyer can help you on the basis of emotional

abuse if such abuse did happen. What constitutes emotional abuse to you and me and the law are different things and again
my emphasis is cheating and leaving the marriage is not one of those factors as much as you want it to be and no matter how much

evidence you have of it. The best thing you can do now is retain a competent immigration officer and if he sees a way for you to stay
then he should be going with you to the interview. Remember to find out from the court house in your city if she divorced you

or if you are still considered married. The lawyer should take it from here as this is not a 'do it yourself' case nor can anyone here

yes..i got that letter yesterday .(without call them ).

my wife still with me but she did all these mess up in private (lie by saying she was in new jersey for minister training in oct later year but while she was in Ghana married one man ,and this is second minister training in new jersey but in Nigerian right now with another man ) ,..two days ago i decided come and picked up new jersey but she told me she was in Washington dc ..she beg me to send her money like 500$ but i should put it on her mummy account.

what i think now ,i should act like i don't know what is going on in the house , so i get her follow me to this second interview on feb.

now my problem about this interview is my joint account ,i need to take 2 to 3 statement of account to the interview but my wife run down this account with overdraft withdraw until the account was ban for six months..so am not used the account to paid house rent or bill .any more for like 1year now. is that could be a red flag for new interview?
