Millions do.

Work is forgiven when married to a USC just like overstay fyi.

Do ppl know that? Doubt he has EAD

Look, your wife is lying!!!! She either filed and hid the gc or didn't file and ur screwed.

You need to figure this out. We can't help u...I'd she didn't file, u have no status here...if she did file, u may have had an rfe and u didn't respond to it and now ur in removal...

We can't help you until you figure out if she filed or not.

Find a letter and look up your case number.

Yes but working when your USC spouse isn't appearing to support the immigration effort isn't forgiven and it is the employer that will get the fines for hiring him.  EAD and AP are both tied to a pending petition .  IF the petition was denied the EAD is dead, if the green card was issued and she hid it , the ROC is probably overdue ( although her opening his mail would be federal crime )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

people come here and work under a ITIN for YEARS and pay taxes and finally find someone to marry and all is well!

as long as he marries a USC work is forgiven whether his petition went through already, is pending or whatever!

he just needs to figure out if she sent it out or she didnt.

hypothetically, if he was here and she never sent it and he wasnt working. he would have to leave but do u think he would ever get another visa to visit? no. he has overstayed and once he leaves he will incur the ban..

him working here has no bearing on his petition as long as she files it while he is here.. so his working is irrelevent to his case. he needs to figure out did she file it or didnt she..

Gosh, this is horrible. Sorry it happened to you.

But think first about your green card, find out if your green card was issued? It's possible and it's possible she received it by mail and didn't tell you. Maybe you have your green card and is still valid, you can pay and ask for replacement. Try to find out this first at all. She is not a good person, at least she would allow you to get your documents in order and then divorce. Maybe she is already divorced from you behind your back, hard to tell. You have the evidence but will you need it? You need your legal documents and fix your credit, your life, she is living hers

Exactly,

Do you have a greencard???? Did she ever apply for one???? Was it ever issued????

The credit is the worse of your problems!

Beware: when you come on a K1 ONLY the person that brought you here can petition for your greencard! So you Can NOT marry another US citizen while in the country and apply for a gc.

So if your wife didn't apply for your gc, your options to be legal in america are none.

Did you find out if she Applued for the green card???

You don't need enough evidence to divorce. You need enough evidence that you entered in a good faith marriage and you need

evidence of co mingled finances.
Just having enough evidence of her cheating is irrelevant to your immigration process, USCIS doesn't care about her cheating.
(Unless she married again and is still married to you and/or runs a visa for money scam).
Since you don't even know if she has divorced you or what the deal is with your green card you have to forget a minute

that you have "enough evidence for divorce" and put first things first. Before you do anything

1. Find out your GC status

2. Find out if you are divorced  CONTACT AN ATTORNEY !!!!!!!! ONE FOR IMMIGRATION AND ONE FOR DIVORCE.

It is appearant that you think just because you now have enough evidence of her being a liar and a cheat that you can stay

here. No, you need to find out as soon as possible 1. and 2. After that come back for further advice on your next step or

consult an immigration attorney. If you attempt this like you seem to be headed you will fail and end up being deported.

Time to pay close attention and if you are still unclear contact an attorney.

Excellent question...not only credit, but credit sufficient to obtain a mortgage (supposedly she has bad credit), and a new car.  Hmm.

My husband bought us a  new car with excellent credit after arriving 18 months and as I said his credit is better than mine.

There is absolutely nothing off or strange with that whatsoever and guess what ? His GC is still pending.
