Husband quit his job before interview

Hey all,

My interview is coming in about one month. Also, my hubby(the USC) has recently quite his job. He used to make around 125% above minimum wage. However, I have a decent income and we used both of our income when we filed our case. He has started a new job but it's a contractor job and we're still not sure how stabilize the new job is. Let's assume if he's unemployed during this time but I'm making enough income(more than 125% of the minimum wage), would that raise any issues during our interview? Will we need a sponsor?

Another quick question about the immigration health exam. Since I filed my case last January, I'm assuming I will need to redo the health check. For the new one, should everything be the same as the first one?(ex. I will receive the vaccine that I received last year again) My civil surgeon seems a bit confused about why I'm doing it again before USCIS ask me to do so.

Thank you in advance!

That's good to hear. Thank you. I'm working on EAD now and I was on OPT before we started AOS. So does he need to prepare his pay stubs for interview?
