I got admission offer into Tennessee state University for the spring 2017 session. I am married so i requested for a dependent i-20 for my husband from the which i was asked to proof financial support of 5,000 US dollars which i did. I submitted all necessary documents and  our i-20 were sent. I paid my Sevis fee and got receipt. Scheduled and appointment for 4th of jan but to my surprise we were denied. The VO didnt ask much questions. Asked me about my choice of course and school and asked my husband where he works which he answered. He works with a sportbetting company which is owned by his family and he is the head of operations. The plan was for him to accompany me and return back to work in 2weeks and visit me periodically till i am done with my studies. I later contacted my school same day that our visa were denied. The said they didnt not update my Sevis details and they have done that now. After my admission offer i was granted assistantship worth of 38,400 US dollars by my school. All this was not updated in my Sevis until i told the school my visa application was denied.

Now my question is what is my chances of obtaining a visa F1 and F2 visa because we have been advised to reapply immediately.

Still 50-50 odds.

Depends on whether reason for refusal the first time has been rectified.
