Would a scanned version of the original G-325A version be accepted by USCIS?

So there are a lot of mixed answers out here. My fiancee (the petitioner) is in the US and I'm in Europe. We are filing for the K1 visa and he is about to deploy from the military. I have no time to mail him the originals of the G-325A and letter of intent to marry and I'm really worried that a scanned version won't be good enough because of the signature. Any advice? We really don't want things to get delayed

*Just to add, this is from the USCIS website: "A signature is valid even if the original signature is later photocopied, scanned, faxed, or similarly reproduced. Regardless of how it is transmitted to USCIS, such copy must be of an original document containing a handwritten, ink signature, unless otherwise provided by regulation or form instruction".

This has been brought up and argued on here in the past, but generally (IMHO) the consensus is that a scanned version is acceptable. That's what I and many others have done, and AFAIK, nobody has ever had an issue using a scan instead of physically mailing the G-325A.

There haven't been many (if any?) RFEs for scanned copies in cases like this since 2013 when they changed the requirements. So scan away, you'll most likely be fine.
