Has this been done before?

SB1 denied. So, what about Apply for a tourist visa, go to USA, (with american citizen husband). Hire a lawyer to do an adjustment of status. For residency then ultimately citizenship.

I believe since i alone own a 5M peso house here in philippines i will be approved for tourist visa.

Thank you for any insight on this

What you're suggesting is visa fraud and can get you a very long bar from ever entering the US. You are married living abroad, so you need to do a CR-1/IR-1 visa to immigrate.

No one has ever thought of this before.

Entering the US on a nonimmigrant visa with the preconceived intent to remain and adjust status would be considered immigration fraud; such discussion isn't permitted on these forums.
