Please help. Still the same, I don't have my packet 3 yet containing my MNL case number even if my Fiancé received our NOA2 last Nov 17, 2016. So my questions are, can i have my medical exam even though I don't have packet 3 yet, will the guard accept the letter my Fiancé received containing our MNL case number if he will scan and email it to me then I'll have it printed? Everyone told us that we should really wait for the packet 3 to arrive to me especially his parents who also did the same before are saying that I should have the letter in mail to show to the guard. But it was way back 2013.

Please share all your experiences and expertise. Thank you so much and Happy New Year.

DO NOT WAIT FOR A LETTER from the embassy... my wife is already a USC and still... no letter from the embassy.

There isn't a packet 3, it is just a "welcome letter" more or less, everything is online for the visa process.

You have your MNL#  ... it is ROCK n ROLL time!

Yes you can complete the medical using the letter from NVC with your MNL#.  Yes your fiance should scan and email the NVC letter to you.

Thank you so much Sagot and javadown. I appreciate it. So I will take my medical exam on Friday and have my 2nd day on Tuesday since my flight to Manila will still be tomorrow. I know that the schedule sucks because it's  a Friday and Monday is a holiday so my second day will be Tuesday but me and my Fiancé just decided to take it right away because I'll probably have my menstruation next week so just to avid waiting for another 2 more weeks I'll juat stay in Manila for like 5days.
