we applied for k-1 visa (California  office ) on 10/31/2016 , we received  NO1 one on 11/8/2016  , didn't receive anything yet , money order didn't clear.

when we looked to k-1 processing time on visajourney.com , it said they working on 11/17/2016 but when we looked to uscis.com , it said 5 month!

so which one up to date ? , and if we can do anything to make sure everything is okay with our case .

The USCIS listed processing time will never be less than their goal. The goal is to process I129F petitions within 5 months, anything 5 months or less will be listed as 5 months.

Right now, they are generally well under that goal. What this means practically speaking is you should expect your NOA2 soon; however, should there be any delay with your case you will not be able to put in a service request until after the listed processing time frame of 5 months.
