We got our NOA2! No RFEs! We filed December 8th. I am in England so I only saw it was approved today but it was actually March 17th. We called on Wednesday because we were getting worried and they told us they were working on October 15th. Obviously not!

My Full K1 Fiance Visa Journey

K1 Approved on the 30th of June 2017 (6.5 months in total, no RFEs).

 

AOS Journey

EAD/AP Approved December 2017 (75 days, no RFEs)

Hello there! I am wondering about your case as you said you have not received anything at all from USCIS. Did you guys include the form G-1145 in your packet? It is for the notifications via text or email so they can let you know once they got your packet.However, even if you were not able to include that form in the packet, you fiance should receive the hardcopy of NOA1 via physical mail. Did he change address or something? NOA1 is typically sent to the petitioner within 1-3 days from the time he sent it. :huh:

October 20, 2020 - Interview Has Been Scheduled

November 23, 2020 - Interview Date - Approved!

December 4, 2020 - OATH TAKING CEREMONY
