Bringing Spouse to America on G-325A

Hi,

Both kids are American citizens and husband is American citizen.

What are the documents needed to sponsor for spouse along with - G 325A

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I had green card and has to stay back in India for 3 years. Tried for re-entry permit and did not get it. No problem for kids as they are American citizens.

For my sponsorship of green card through spouse as he is American citizen apart from G325A and photos is any affidavit of child support needed, stating that he has supported us for last 3 years and notarize it.  Appreciate the help.

No, he does not need to show he paid child support.  He does need to show you have a bonafide relationship; so evidence that he visited you (or you him), joint financials such as a joint account, you being his beneficiary for life insurance and at work, phone bills and emails showing you communicated etc.
