Pls how long did it take from the time ur case was sent to the embassy to the time y had an appointment?

This usually takes anywhere from 30 to 90 days from the date the embassy receives the paperwork.

this process can take up to 90 days. If you haven't heard anything in the next week or 2 i'd contact the senators office, but also contact the USCIS to see what they say, but you should be hearing something soon. They may be backed up with everything that is going on with immigration cases

You may also want to check the USCIS status rather than NVC status to check when they actually received your case

We were approved after the second interview. Our whole CR1 process took just under 3 years.  From the time it was sent to the embassy until we were able to get an interview was about 2 months

Please those who used the new appointment system, how does it work? My case was reaffirmed and brought to Ghana on 18th July of this year. How long must I wait? Has the new system made things quicker?

Comments would be highly appreciated 😊
