Removing conditions for Step son- questions

Recommended Posts

My wife and her daughter (who is a minor) came to the US 2 years ago. We have already filed their paperwork and their fingerprinting has also been completed. Now awaiting approvals. Theirs' was filed under 1 application.

My wife's son who is an adult (now 21 years old) followed his mom and sister 4 months later. As a result we are now preparing to file for his removal of conditions paperwork for him as well.

Can someone advise what kind of evidence we will be looking at? He goes to college and files taxes. At one time he worked part time.

thanks for any insight folks!
