Hello Every One ,

my file date is april 2004 , my parents will get interview soon, but i am confused Can i go with them Or i have to wait , which type of steps i have to take for further Process to go with them,i am unmarried, So please Give suggestion and Instruction.

It depends whether you qualify for CSPA - depends on how long it took for petition to be approved.

But Not any forms are filup by my name , so at my mom dad interview time they will ask about me?and any forms about CSPA Should i have to fill up that time? because may be in interview i will not eligble to attend cz my forms are not fillup, and does visa fee metter? i mean if we paid earlier so i can get eligibility to attentd interview with them ?

At your parents' interview, they can ask whether you qualify for CSPA relief or not. You can not attend the interview. You will not get a visa. If you qualify for CSPA relief, then you can pay the application fee and schedule your own interview.

There's no form for CSPA. The US Embassy can do the calculations.
