DS-160 Question Very Confusing

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services? Anyone know if this is Yes or No? I am getting both answers in this forum.

This is the first time ever anyone has ever applied for any type of visa into the USA for my beneficiary. So would I say No- because no previous I-129F applications were submitted? Or do I say yes, because I submitted mine this September?

The DS-160 doesn't clearly specify if it is for the current petitioner or past occurrences ( I think) misleading. Help! Thanks. we are about to submit
