K-1 with K-2 Visa

I apologize if this question is somewhere else on this forum, but I can't find it.

I am in the process of submitting I-129F for my fiancée. Her daughter is 19. What forms do I need to submit to include her daughter on the I-29F. I have done a g325a for my fiancée and a g325a for her daughter. Is there another form to include her daughter in the process.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

At the start of the K1 visa process, all that is necessary to include a defendant child (K2) is to list them, in the appropriate spot, on the Form I-129F. Later on in the process (at the visa interview phase), there will me more documentation, applications necessary to complete the K2 visa. Take a look at this link, DOS Nonimmigrant Visa FAQs, for a general overview of the K1/K2 process: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html#15

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
