Always go to the USCIS website for current forms, then there are no issues with old forms. Even if the date on the form is expired, it IS the current form.

New update from USCIS!!

 

When new fees for most USCIS forms went into effect on December 23, 2016, we published updated versions of the forms at uscis.gov/forms. We strongly encourage customers to submit these new versions, which are updated with the new fees and have an edition date of 12/23/16.

We will accept prior versions of forms, with the exception of Form N-400, until February 21, 2017.  However, all filings postmarked 12/23/16 or later must include the new fees or we will reject them.

We will accept only the 12/23/16 edition of Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.

The updated forms are currently available only at uscis.gov/forms, where all of our forms can be downloaded for free. We will issue another alert when paper copies become available through our forms request line (800-870-3676) and forms by mail service.

Interesting.  I just checked the i129F for spits and giggles... I cant really see a difference.

NEW INFORMATION.

 

USCIS recently updated the following USCIS form(s):

Update to Form I-602, Application By Refugee For Waiver of Grounds of Excludability
12/30/2016 02:00 PM EST

New edition dated 12/19/16.  Previous editions accepted.  You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the Form and Instructions.

Update to Form I-134, Affidavit of Support
12/30/2016 01:56 PM EST

New edition dated 11/30/16. Starting 02/27/17, USCIS will only accept the 11/30/16 edition. Until then, you can use the 02/19/14 edition and other previous editions.

Hi! The form I-130 that expired 12/31/2015 its the edition 12/23/2016? 

I printed it last year in December form the Uscis page. 

I am going to send my papers this week , I want to be sure that they will accept the form that I filled last year.

Do not take that chance that they reject your "old" form. USCIS is cracking down on the forms which have exired. Get the latest form for the I-130 Expiration Date 7/31/2018 https://www.uscis.gov/i-130

 

Just copy the information over that is still current.

Easy answer is - ALWAYS use the form POSTED on the USCIS website at the time you are filing.    If you don't they will return it.
