hello guys, i have a question and i hope somebody can help me with solving it, my fiance is a U.S. citizen and we are now in our k1 visa process. the U.S. embassy in lebanon asked for his last year's tax return and ws2 but the thing is last year he was a student finishing his professional doctorate degree in 2015 and did not start working until this past april 2016. he will not receive his tax return until sometime in february and we do not need anymore delay. would documents of proof that he was in college and starting wok recently nd explanation letter of the case be sufficient enough sufficient enough? or he still need to wait until he pay his taxes ? thank you inadvance

Yes, an explanation letter should be sufficient. Keep it short, just a paragraph.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
