One was filed on September 11, 2016 and the other one on September 23, 2016.But I still have MANY VAWA pending filed in August 2016.

Hi Folks, I am flying now. I  left NYC 10 hours ago. I was able to fly over the North Pole, Arctic Sea and right now I am flying over the Ural Mountains in Russia. I will arrive in Japan within 4 hour

Yes I think so unless otherwise stated in forms instructions that it can't be used. Once it's a reliable address which is safe enough away from your abuser which the USCIS can correspond with you, that's good enough.

Yes it is accepted. I used a P.O box as my mailing address when I filed

Thank you @Pinkrlion but it's not free so I can't stay...but i got my evaluation and completion certificate ..hope that's good enough...

Hi Team,

I applied for fafsa with my ssn and ID plus prima facie but the school put my case on hold till the vawa case is decided

There is a new I-485 form effective as of 8/25/17.  It is 18 pages.  I feel so overwhelmed now.  Geesh, now I have to redo my forms and cover letter.  I pray, I can file my VAWA before then.

Hi Folks, I am flying now. I  left NYC 10 hours ago. I was able to fly over the North Pole, Arctic Sea and right now I am flying over the Ural Mountains in Russia. I will arrive in Japan within 4 hours, a layover for 4 hours and  I am going to Singapore. I never enjoyed a trip like this one.We have a clear Sky, 67 below zero outside.I took amazing pictures of the North Pole, but I was able to review two Vawa cases when enjoying the trip and having some good wine,LOL

11/28/2016 USCIS rejected my packet (expired forms) :(((  

11/29/2016 Mailed my packet again Via ExpressMail (I-360, I-485, I-864w, I-765, I-912, G-325A) with previous rejection notice on top & a request to expedite EAD

12/14/2016 Date on the NOA  

12/31/2016 Attorney emailed my Prima Facie (Notice date 12/19/2018)   (180 days)

01/14/2017 Mailed my husband’s birth certificate with the blue receipt that came with my Prima Facie

01/17/2018 I-360 online Update (correspondence received)

12/25/2016 Notice for Biometrics

01/12/2017 Biometrics completed

01/31/2017 EAD update (Ordered my new card)

02/04/2017 My first EAD delivered.

02/06/2017 Picked my EAD & applied for SSN

02/14/2017 Applied for state ID

02/15/2017 Applied for Medicaid

06/03/2017 Received my Prima Facie (180 days)

10/22/2017 Mailed EAD Renewal  & AP & Waiver (I-765. I-131, I-912) and request to extend PF
