Good evening, I've been with my case for 8/9 months, I've already opened an inquiry, I received the response that my case had gone for an extra check, I contacted my congressman and the answer was the same, but with extra information, End of January we will contact again the congressman. Have you ever done any of these things? I saw that you still do not have a timeline, if possible do it, it helps a lot of other people. Merry Christmas, lots of love and peace for all of us, (I know it's hard to have a Merry Christmas without the person we love, but let's think positive)

Rafael we filed whiles I was in the US and had my advance parole document, had my interview august of last year and left just three days after the interview. on my return from my country, CBP didn't allow me to enter because they said my green card was denied so upon all the detention and stuff I had to request to leave ICE detention after a week and come back to my country. we filed another petition in January and that's the situation as at now. we have a lawyer this time. I never knew advance parole doesn't work after denial that's the whole point. I wouldn't have returned
