Hello and Merry Christmas,

I have a friend who is about to file I-751 for removal of condition ( she was divorced due to domestic violence ). She have 1 question regarding part 4 & 8 of the form.

1) does she need to fill-out those parts or leave it blank?

Best regards,

asianculture.

I have the exact same question. It is confusing because Part 4 lists as a choice Spouse or Former Spouse, which leads me to believe I should fill up the info of my Former Spouse.

The issue is that when doing that, the form auto populates Part 8 for the Spouse to sign, which obviously should not happen when you file on your own.
