Hi

i have request to everyone to help out from my situation, i got withdrawn my application on abu dabhi intrnational airport on 26 july 2016 due to not enrollment full time university, but i am full time student only i got misunderstanding with CBP officer because i am not carry supporting document with me whiling travelling to USA.

I approch to intrerview 2 time i got 214 b please help me out i am finding here so many case but not similar to my case please have anyone idea about my process, many of attorney said to apply 212 d 2 waiver to get back to USA please help me out. i have proofs to show in eye of law by sure.

No! i have given interview 2 time they rejected than lawyer review my documents than he said i need Waiver application to get visa because i got inadmissible for united stated and i already submitted this week please prayer for me

Than how can i solve my case please help me out i try two time in interview they said you not eligible for non immigration visa.try next time they dont even look my documents at interview they don't have time to talk.only i need to prove i not avoid any rules for F1, and CBP officer said to submit my document to verified that all but i am try to show in interview won't see, i just gong through many lawyer all said same thing after they review my file. please any other way to solve my problem please suggest me thank you

The US govt.. CBP\embassy.. found you inadmissible because they believe you're no longer qualified for student status.

Your initial attachment mentioned CPT, which in recent times has been eyed with suspicion due to abuse.
