guys anyone sent their I-129f packets on December 22? We did after calling USCIS in San Bernardino, we were told that we must enclose the new fees as it will reach Lewisville on 23rd. Now we are confused on how the said "Postmarked" means. Is it from the Postal when it was sent or from USCIS in Lewisville when they marked received? thanks. Happy new year everyone!

When we got the email from USCIS it stated the receipt date as when the package arrived December 19th, not when it was sent on December 16th. I understand the NOA1 date will also be different from the receipt date when you receive the hard copy notice.

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Anyone have news on their NOA2....I am still waiting. I contacted USCIS customer service and they told me that they are  just now working on AUGUST 16, 2016 applications (California State Service). I put in service request to follow up on my packet but the only info I keep getting is that they are processing/pending.

"Postmarked" is when the postal service stamps the package, and forwards that package to its destination..
