So I was going to contact them in regards to them not being IMBRA. Well apparently they are now, but they don't have a written consent it's just an electronic page, so what the heck am I supposed to do? I messaged Asiandating.com, but haven't heard back yet.

They are 100% not IMBRA. It is up to you to provide the TOS (Terms Of Service)

I haven't been following your post if any but I assume you received and RFE?

If so send them this:

https://www.asiandating.com/en/general/termsofuse

Jim

USCIS has even issued RFE for IMBRA to people who met on Facebook.

No I didn't get one I was planning on submitting my paperwork tomorrow and I had emailed the site to get clarification on it. I already have the terms of use printed out. I was considering putting a sticky note on it and referencing the notes about mail order brides and what not.

Great that you are being proactive about this. That should avoid the RFE for that matter.

Where it says on I-129F if did you meet via IMB question 35 are you putting yes or no?

Try to get it in the mail tomorrow as fees go up on the 23rd as I'm sure you are aware however getting it right is more important than having to spend a little more.

Don't forget Passport size photos of EACH of you.

Signed letters of intent to Marry for both of you.

Also the from to allow them to send you e-notifications of your case.

Best of luck

Jim

I put no,my logic is they'll either rfe me or not, so I'll put no and show the terms of use. I've got all those forms, so I should be good to go on that stuff. I've triple checked everything and yes I know about the increase. That's part of why I want to get it out tomorrow.
