SAVE 3rd level

Hey, has anyone tried to be on the SAVE verification on 3rd level?

I just got into 3rd level today and they say it can take a month. I have searched but not must about 3rd level so if anyone have been on that one please share how long you were stuck on that level and what happened after that.

Did written test on December 7 and was verified right away and then I did the road test on December 9 and have been pending since that and waiting they can't issue the DL until I have been verified one more time even though all test are passed.

whats third level?

They say they can't verify me through step 1 and 2 (electronic) and therefore this one has to be sent in via paper form to USCIS to be verified.

Funny thing is that SSN had no issues late november and DMV had no issues with it first time 2 days before, verified right away.

Call the UCSIC SAVE they helped me even though they only talked to agencies

after that I called back to the DMV and after 4 calls!!! Finally got someone who helped me, turns out the DMV had enters a digit wrong that created all of this. SO she corrected it and did a new one that came back good right away and I should be able to go get my DL tomorrow! :)

I'm sorry to hear that! ... Are you sure they haven't made a mistake on yours also? 3rd level is not something you should be on. I have been reading about this for 14 weeks!

Also you shouldn't be on level 3 so long only 1 month and otherwise an infopass.

Went and got my DL this morning in and out in 5 min since they heard it was there mistake.

Also you shouldn't be on level 3 so long only 1 month and otherwise an infopass.

Went and got my DL this morning in and out in 5 min since they heard it was there mistake.

Unfortunately it's not a mistake... my Swedish first name is too long to fit in their system at the SSA.... We have three first names... I have 18 characters and the system fits only 16...

I had an infopass on Monday ... the guy said I have to wait for my EAD... I told him about the K1 eligibility and 14 days to i-94 expiry and that the problem wasn't that they wouldn't issue it was the verification ... upon which he replied that he has been an IO for over 20 years and he is telling me that I have to wait for my EAD... it was apparent that he wasn't going to help me... he also said they have nothing to do with SAVE, that is another department so he can't help me.

The SSA lady is trying her best to be helpful. She called USCIS and they said I was verified but she still can't issue till she gets the physical papers back... she said she was hopeful it should be any day, she just got back one that was sent off Nov 1st. It says 4 weeks on the paper they give you but the IO said 30-60 business days.. and they seem to be backed up, so 4 weeks is not the case atm...

I also while I was waiting checked with CBP just to make sure all info was correct in the system sent to SAVE and it was.... so it's all a processing delay which just sucks sooooo bad...

I'm very sorry you are dealing with this I know how frustrating it is!! Hope it will get resolved very soon!

Hahaha :D Trust me if I knew this before I would have just dropped one of the names before this whole thing ever started :) I just could never imagine such a thing to be a problem!

Anyhow, today is a good day :)
