k1 cancellation because already had a cr1 visa petition on process for same person

good day to all.i hope someone can help me here,i am a Filipina married to american.

we applied for a k1 visa march 2015,but we decided to married oct.31,2015.we got noa1 and recieved noa2 a few days after the weddings.as of now we are on process of the cr1 visa petition and had nov.23,2016..i hope the k1 petition will not affect the cr1 petition and i hope it will not lead to rfe or deny.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I dont know if its officially cancelled now,my husband called the nvc they said to him to call the us embassy.he called the us embassy and they gave an email add so that we can message to cancell the k1 petition,i hope everything will be fine.
