You can not earn money on a tourist or student visa.

yeah ok then.i will complete my studies and if i get work permit after that.that will be fine.is there no part time work allowance for students ?

You seem to be familiar with nuances of a student visa.

You've received ample advice.. try for a student visa. But with a canadian student visa denial, I wouldn't get my hopes high. Good luck

When you go from a visitor visa to a student visa, you are not reapplying for anything.

Going from a visitor visa to a student visa does mean that you are changing your intent.

You are so desperate to come live and work in the US that you are unlikely to get either a visitor visa or student visa.
