Yes, this!! I was going to point out the same thing. The guides are very easy to find and read and the OP posting and saying not to tell them to read the guides is just lazy. It's one thing to want clarification on something that doesn't make sense, it's another to not do some research on your own. The guides are here to help and the best way for that to happen is if you read them. So I will tell you to :guides:

Right! I think I've been on this website too long answering posts. 80% if not more of questions posted are found in the guides or using the search tool.

Okay, not telling you to read the guides, how about the USCIS website? > https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/after-green-card-granted/conditional-permanent-residence/remove-conditions-permanent-residence-based-marriage

And the actual I-751 instructions tell you when to file too > https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-751instr.pdf

When Should I File Form I-751?
1. Filing jointly. If you are filing this petition jointly with your spouse, you must file it during the 90-day period immediately before your conditional residence expires.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to Removing Conditions - topic is filing ROC ~

Please. There's no reason to call me lazy. I have been doing as much research as I possibly can. I was seeking clarification. I wasn't sure in what order do we fill out these forms. Whether it be he comes, we get the green card, we get married , and then right after, still within the 1st 90 days we remove the conditions, or when it was that we remove the conditions. You don't have to be rude. If you feel it to be too frustrating to respond to a question, please move forward and not comment at all.

Thank you so much! I was getting stressed thinking it was another expensive form that was required within the 90 days of his arrival. I'm glad we will have more time for that one.

You can file 90 days before your 2-year GC expires.

The ROC is not something you should think of now. After marriage then concentrate on the AOS
