I was going to jump on this earlier but with the overabundance of false information being thrown around here since election day, the logical peeps are being spread awfully thin.

Modernly, an overt act in furtherance of the goal must be shown. Under the Pinkerton Rule, a member of a conspiracy may be charged with any other crimes that occur within the scope of the conspiracy goal.

Yeah, each state does it their own way. There should be a uniformed procedure for all states to follow and they should all use the same machines.

To what end?

I would agree. I'm usually one who's all for the states having the freedom to make their own decisions on most things, but when it comes to federal elections(and although there's other local issues on the ballots too, and governor and this and that) I think the rules that mandate it should be on the federal level.

Many state and local races are voted on at the same time as Federal races. Not clear how or why Federal rules should apply to how the lower-level elections are conducted.

You folks are missing the point: elections are not changed with voters, ballots, ID or vote tallys. This election was"stole" fair and square through propaganda techniques.

This is a beautiful thing that is not understood in the west.
