We DHL couriered our I-130 petition packet on December 3rd. It was delivered and received at the US Embassy Mexico City - USCIS Field Service Office on December 6th. Received NOA-1 petition approval notice on December 13th, and stating that the petition was being forwarded to the Consular Section at the US Consulate, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Now we await NOA-2.
