NOTE:

You must submit documentation of traffic incidents if:

(1)

The incident involved alcohol or drugs;

(2)

The incident led to an arrest; or

(3)

The incident seriously injured another person.

You do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines or incidents that did not involve an arrest or did not

involve drugs or alcohol, if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 or points on your driving record.

(Note: some people on here have advised mentioning it in the interview, but it sounds like it won't have any impact.)

Sorry, I don't know. I am quite sure that USCIS has access to your driving record. Personally I would simply say "I received a speeding ticket on _____ and I am currently awaiting a court appearance to resolve it" if/when they ask "Has anything changed since you filed your application?" Better to be honest to the interviewer than to say "No" and have them then mention it (although I suppose you could respond that the USCIS instructions indicate that minor traffic violations do not need to be reported). Sounds like "much ado about nothing!" Answer the questions you are asked rather than get into a debate! My 2 cents anyway. You will be fine.

Edit: OR...ASK them if a minor traffic is important enough to mention!
