As It seems that we are the only ones who have not received our NOA1 from the November Filers I went ahead and called USCIS. After 2 hours a IO informed me that there is no record of my wifes ROC aplicaton that we sent in. She then gave me a DHS lockbox email and suggested that write them and they will look into this further. Has his ever happened to anyone and does anyone have any suggestions? She explicitly told me not to send in another application as that could further delay things if they find the first one. I really hope things will get sorted out before the filing fees increase.

Have they cashed your check?

Write to the email box and give them your USPS tracking number, and the exact date and time that the package was delivered and signed for. Hopefully, your USPS receipt will also have the exact zip code where it was sent.

Best of luck!

Then it's not been 30 days yet.

When I call they ask me if it has been 30 days since I sent my package. Nothing about the delivery date. Yes in fact is has been 26 days since it was delivered but there is still no record of any kind in their databases.I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if there are any other options besides sending an email that will take up to 5 days for a reply.

It's been 9 days for me I just sent out a message asking if I should be worried because I looked at a few timelines and I seen 3 days a lot for a NOW to be received and I haven't seen anything. I attached a G1145 and I also sent to Arizona lockbox I am just so nervous I won't be able to relax until I get that notice so I can only imagine how u are feeling. I will keep researching and I will let you know if I can find out anything and also keep me posted as well.

sorry meant NOA1 :/

We are filing for different things. I am applying to remove the conditions of my green card (applying for 10 year green card).

Did you double check that it was delivered to the right address? And who signed for it? I have sent my application to the CA Service Center. They have a PO BOX. So it is somebody from the post office that signs for the application I believe. Maybe they still have it at that post office. I would call them too. And definitely send the email.

Seems like your application has been misplaced.

Your item was delivered at 11:27 am on November 17, 2016 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

When I filed for ROC at the CSC (twice, first time it was filed 1 day early) I could see a signature for both times (even though first time I waived the signature requirement and they still signed for it) and both times it was a USCIS person that signed..

Yes I google'd the person's name and saw pictures in the USCIS office on instagram xD

So you can try and request delivery confirmation from USCIS (there should be a "request delivery confirmation" button on the tracking page) and see if anyone signed for it.. Hopefully if you get a name they might be able to find a specific person who retrieved your application from the PO Box .. it's a long shot but worth the try..

Hey,

I also sent in my AOS application on the 17th and I got my NOA this Monday (December, 12th) in the mail. Seems like for some reason it took long but it was still in the 30 day range. Also keep in mind that there where 2 holiday days during Thanks giving which slowed down the processing time further.

Hang in there it will be all good.
