What did they do they submitted what was asked of them. Took 12 months to get the NOIR from the interview date. Right now its 12 to 18 months to get a reply.

Why are you keep asking. I sure would be calling USCIS now. Also just curious, this forgotten marriage we are talking about the petitioner correct?

For CR/IR-1 visas, both the petitioner and the USC need to submit all divorce decrees from previous marriages. You need to prove that you two are legally married and in the USA, you cannot be legally married to another person unless all previous marriages are legally terminated.

We have already told you what to do. Call USCIS asap and hope they will allow you to amend the petition. If not, you will have to start again.

Send a divorce decree to the same address you sent your petition to with a letter explaining what happened. If you have any Identifying information such as a notice number or A# include that within. I understand how you can forget to mention you were married to someone especially if it ended badly so there is a possibility that so will they. Even though these individuals here may not there is a possibility that the person who processes your case may understand as well. If not they will request more information or inform you of you next steps. That's what I would do anyway. These are not computers they are human beings and just because some conservative (as in personality not political) VJ members may not get it doesnt mean that they wont. Dont be discouraged Good Luck.

Good grief its been a week of going on a circle. I mean why aren't you calling USCIS.

I mean who forgot the information on the divorce the petitioner or the beneficiary(The immigrant). That makes a divorce because at USCIS with your I-130 the Petitioner sends in their divorce information. At NVC the Beneficiary sends in their information.

So I ask again who forgot the information the petitioner or the beneficiary(The Immigrate).
