Do I need an I-134 from my fiance and co-sponsor or just co-sponsor?

So for the affidavit of support for a K1 visa, I was wondering if I need a filled out I-134 form from both my fiance and her father (co sponsor), or just her father?

Technically, it is not required to have both since your fiance doesn't make enough to support you. I would recommend providing both though, just in case they ask for it. I say it is better to be prepared than not be!

Hey I asked a question about this the other day. From the responses I've gotten, odds are they won't care about your I-134 if you have a joint sponsor who is making the needed income. I would still fill out and give your fiancé an I-134 for yourself, just incase it asked of them during the interview for whatever reason...but its seems they just ask for one and giving them the joint sponsor's I-134 is sufficient

For London specific cases if using a co-sponsor, they will only want the I-134 and financial evidence from the co-sponsor.
