N400 sent but no text or email or letter from reciever.

N400 sent 11/26 by FedEx. FedEx tracking said was delivered on 11/29. We used a money order purchased from Western Union in Fred Meyer. Filled out the extra form to get a text message and email but until now still nothing. Getting a little worried because a freind sent n400 same time and already got her letter of acceptance from USCIS. What to do? Please help.

Yes. Even if you were to call the Misinformation Line (USCIS Customer Service), they'll tell you to wait 30 days before they'll look into it anyway.

My NOA1 was dated 19 days after my N-400 was delivered (granted I filed with a fee waiver and they had to approve that first before issuing the NOA1, but still).

We also filled out the extra form to get text/email notifications when my husband sent his application last September, but that never happened. All communication has been through the mail, and the first notification of receipt did take a while. I think it might be because they were having problems with the ELIS (electronic system) and went back to the older paper system. Hope you hear back soon!
