So in filling out the i129f it asks citizenship was acquired through. Now I'm in a slightly unique situation. My parents are both USA citizens and were in the military, I was born overseas on a military base. Should I put birth in the United States or parents?

You are a citizen as long as one of your parents are a USC (both of yours are). As a USC I don't think you would put acquired by anyone. When you are born on a US military base to parents who are US citizens even overseas it is like being born on US soil.
