Question about 90-day rule

I've been married to my USC hubby since 2004 but only received my green card in March 2014. From what I've read and heard, I can apply for citizenship as early as Dec 4 as my gc 3rd year anniversary is March 4, 2017. Am I correct? Has anyone done this? I don't want to screw this up my making a mistake.

Any helpful information will be greatly appreciated.

Day 08    12/20     Text/Email Acceptance

Day 15     12/27     NOA in the mail. Priority date: December 13

Day 30     01/11    Biometrics Appointment

Day 179  06/09     In line for interview

Day 184  06/14     Received e-mail notification interview has been scheduled

You are correct. You can file anytime now, as it's past 4 December 2016.
