Does there need to be a separate DS160 application for my fiancee's daughter? The reason why I'm asking is because on page 4 of the application both of their names are included. The daughter is 8 years old.

I greatly appreciate any input.

If she is doing a K-2 then yes.

Her own:

DS-160

medical

Visa fee

So should I even include her on page 4 in the "add family members" section?

I can't remember the question on the form but if it's the one if she'll be traveling with anyone then yes.

Thank you. It's a bit complicated, though. Our plan is for my fiancee to travel in January and for her daughter to travel in April when she finishes school.

What should we do in this situation in terms of the following questions:

1) Is anyone traveling with you?

And the family members option

since she's coming several months later.

Then no since she will not be traveling with her mother.

The child will be doing a K-2 follow to join visa.

(Just a comment. But maybe it would be easier for the child to start school in January to get the 2. semester in American school also will make it easier with friends and adjustment and so on. I also have a K-2)
