Are there imunizations in the I-693 physical exam?

I just sent the extra paper that was given by St. Lukes and I did not have any problem with my AOS getting approved. So, I think there's no need to add the other shots.

11.18.2016 --- Combo Card Delivered

11.25.2016 --- Green Card/I-485 Approved (No interview)

12.02.2016 --- Received NOA2 for I-485

12.02.2016 --- GC received

I am just curious if there will be additional shots given that was not given to her during her physical exam in Manila.

Near the bottom of the DS-3025 there are two boxes one is if all US vaccination required are met and the other is vaccinations are still required. Which box is checked on your DS-3025? That is how you will know if you need to see a civil surgeon or not for additional shots.
