The second letter of intent

What is put for the address the USCIS address or the consulate

Is it both the petitioner and the beneficiary or just the petitiner for new letters of intent

Should it have more detail than the original or be the same? I have read some posts to stated that how have maintained relationship since filing i129-f.

Any advice what as to what others put

Just use the address of the embassy you will be interviewing at. And it's a "To the consulate" or "Whom it may concern".

Also make new ones for both the petitioner and beneficiary, that way both have "up to date" copies.

And can just be same as the first letter of intent stating you still plan to marry within the 90 days of arrival on the K-1.

The second letter of intent

What is put for the address the USCIS address or the consulate - I don't think a letter of intent needs to be addressed to.. Just to whom it may concern

Is it both the petitioner and the beneficiary or just the petitiner for new letters of intent - Both

Should it have more detail than the original or be the same? I have read some posts to stated that how have maintained relationship since filing i129-f. - It can be exactly the same, just needs new dates and signatures.

Any advice what as to what others put
