Interesting I just went to the USCIS website to form I-129F

https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

The fee is still $340 and does not change until 12/23 but there is no mention there of the new fee.

It will be interesting to see if USCIS gives a grace period for wrong fees that are paid AFTER 12/23.

I can see this causing case delays as they send out notices of improper fee sent. - new fee is below.

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/our-fees

For those who have not yet sent in there form please be aware fee is going up for K-1 and nearly very thing else at USCIS.

So glad I found this site as we begin this process. What a great resource to find a place with people all going through the K-1 Visa Process. We sent in our I-129F on 12/7 and it was received on 12/9. Got the email notification for NOA1 on 12/15 and we will be getting it transferred to California from which I read is a good thing. Does anyone know how fast on average that the California Service Center has gotten back approvals? Seems some are getting them approved in under 30 days.
