Its now been 65days (9 weeks) after NOA2 and nothing from NVC.

I'm extremely frustrated at this point. TILL DATE NVC is yet to receive my petition. I have called and emailed both NVC and USCIS repeatedly to no effect. I have even scanned my approval notice to NVC Over 2 weeeks back, still nothing. I read somewhere here to call USCIS nad request transfer to a tier 2 supervisor, which i did severally today, unfortunately i kept getting the automated message to set up a call back, which of course is impossible as im callinbg from overseas.

I dont know what to do at this point. Is anyone else going through same delay? Any advise on what to do to get some response from USCIS or at least speak with a live supervisor to track my petiton will be very much appreciated.
