Did they already get the $420? I have a question guys. When is uscis will get the $420 fee from ur bank?

Since you send the check or money order with the I130 package, they will get the check/money order when they get the package. When they will CASH the check (take your money) depends. Usually it is around 1 week from delivery. They will cash your check and send you a NOA that they got your I130.

Since you seem to have filed the 7th of Nov. You should get a NOA1 and your check should be cashed by the end of this week.

We received the uscis acceptance confirmation earlier. It was routed to nebraska service center for processing. It took like 5 days from the packett delivered before we received the email. And we're waiting for form I-797 to be delivered via mail.

My husband check his bank. The $420 wasn't taken from his acct.

my i130 was sent 11/3, i received NOA1 on Saturday November 12th. I am at the Texas Service Center

Im trying to keep calm and tell myself that maybe the 2 holidays last week slowed things down.

Ours were sent and recieved the same days, but I got NOA1 on the 14th. Most people seem to have gotten the NOA1 through email in 7 days, but know that its not a must. Some have waited 2 weeks and some even longer (although very rare so dont get scared or freak out). Hope that yours comes soon! Let us know when it does. Did you make sure maybe that it didnt go to spam maybe?

As long as you got the NOA1 you shouldnt be worried. The i130 check is the least of your worries (in my opinion) in this process. Maybe the cashing is just slow, but you SHOULD get it cashed before your NOA1 arrives in the mail. If this doesnt happen, contact your USCIS facility.

But Im okay...I figured the worst that could happen was we did something wrong and they will send it back.

Yea...but Filed I-485 with the I-130 because my husband is already here in the US..perhaps Im in the wrong forum. Sorry to cause confusion.
