Hello Everyone,

I just mailed I-130 forms for my parents last week (on 3rd Nov) and thought I should go ahead and start a thread for the November 2016 filers, since I could find one for the same.

I sent my I-130 packet for my husband Monday Oct 31st. USPS delivered to Chicago lockbox Nov 2nd. Haven't gotten my NOA1 yet.

Marriage: December 2014

USCIS Process:

They haven't cashed my checks yet (2 checks because I applied for both my parents) but I received a text from them stating that my cases were received and now they will mail I-797 forms in mail. My package was delivered on Friday, the 4th to Chicago lockbox by FedEx.

Received text message/e-mail confirmation last night! Sent to Potomac Processing Center.

Anyone else worried about how Trump/all republican held federal government may impact immigration? Normalizing of discrimination once family member is in USA? I'm praying for peace and hoping my husband and I can be quickly reunited.

Received an email as well last night. They have routed my cases to Nebraska Service Center.

I'm not happy either about Trump's selection as next US president but it is what it is. My fear is same as yours. I just hope he does not bring changes in immigration laws that could affect our applications in a negative way.

My husband sent I130 packet november 8 US date and time. The waiting game begins. One step closer to my husband. Good luck guys! I hope the new administration would not affect the CR1 process.

Can't believe my parents will be over here at the end of this process !! So exciting :-)

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.

I sent my I-130 for my mom on November 14th and it was delivered to BANK ONE in Phoenix, AZ 85034 and signed for by J LOPEZ. Did anyone else get this tracking information?

I Googled about it and it seems like it was still sent to the correct address (it looks like it may be a Chase building) but I just wanted to make sure.

I used the Express Mail address:

Hi F&J, I sent my parents I-130 papers in via UPS to that same address however the "location" that was provided is listed as "receiver". I sent it in on 11/14, it was delivered on 11/15 and my checks where cashed 11/18. I also recieved emails and text messages that evening with the receipt numbers.

You have a similar time frame, so I'm thinking you should have received some notification?

i sent my I130 application for my mom and my children last Nov. 17. I received an email Nov 21 that they received it and it was trasferred in Nebraska.

march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.
