Hi Everyone,

First post here. My fiancé is Colombian. She has a wonderful 6 year old son. I am preparing the initial 129f package. I have 325a for both her and I but do I need to do one for him as well in this initial filing step? I did not see it listed in the Guide, but figured I would ask.

Thanks

Aaron and Sirley

Thanks!! I will be sending out the initial set on Monday! Do I ever need to fill out a 325a for her son?

You won't have to fill a g325a for him. He'll be listed on the i129f so that's it for this part of the process. Later on when the case reaches the embassy, then he'll need paperwork for his own
